Requirements
Hour Requirements:
24 hrs biennially
Line Specific Requirements:
No line specific requirement is required. Any course type is allowed.
Ethics
3 hrs - producers must complete 3 hrs of ethics as a part of the total requirement
Flood
3 hrs - Property/Casualty producers who sell flood insurance policies must complete a one time 3 hour course on NFIP Basic Flood education
Long-Term Care Partnership
8/4 hrs - Licensed producers wanting to sell LTC Partnership policies must complete 8 hours of LTC Partnership prior to selling and 4 hours of LTC Partnership every renewal period
Annuity
4 hrs - Producers must complete a one-time 4-hour annuity training course prior to selling, soliciting or negotiating annuity products.
Compliance Renewal Date:
Renewal date is last day of the producer\'s birth month, biennially
Course Repetition:
Courses may not be taken for credit more than once in renewal period
