Requirements:

Hour Requirements: 24 hours of CE biennially

Line Specific Requirements:

Ethics

3 hrs - Three hours of Ethics must be completed as part of total requirement.  No more than 10 Ethics credits.

Flood 

3 hrs - Property/Casualty producers who sell flood insurance must complete the one-time 3 hr NFIP course

Long-Term Care Partnership -

Training Requirement: 8/4 hrs - Licensed producers wanting to selling LTC Partnership policies must complete 8 hours of LTC Partnership prior to selling.  After completing the initial 8 hour course, producers must complete 4 hours of LTC Partnership training every renewal period

Annuity

4 hrs - Effective 1/1/2015, licensed producers who sell annuity products must complete a one-time 4 hour annuity training course no later than 7/01/2015. Producers who become licensed on or after 1/1/2015 may not engage in the sale of an annuity product until they complete a 4 hour training annuity training course.

Compliance Renewal Date: Licenses expire on the last day of the producers birth month

Course Repetition: Courses may not be taken for credit more than once in each renewal period
