Hour Requirements: 24 hrs biennially

Line Specific Requirements:

For All Licenses:

Ethics

3 hrs - Producers and Adjusters must complete 3 hrs of Ethics as part of the total requirement.

For Life & Health Agents:

Annuity

4 hrs - Producers must complete a one-time 4-hour annuity training course prior to selling, soliciting, or negotiating annuity products.

For Property & Casualty Agents:

Flood

3 hrs - Property/Casualty producers must complete a one-time 3-Hour course on NFIP Flood education ,whether selling flood insurance policies or not during their first renewal period.

Compliance Renewal Date: Renewal date is the last day of the licensee's birth month, biennially.

Course Repetition: Courses may not be taken more than once in a reporting period.
