Requirements:

Hour Requirements: 24 hrs biennially

Line Specific Requirements:

Ethics

3 hrs - Producers must complete 3 hrs in Ethics as part of total requirement

Annuity

4 hrs - Producers must complete a one-time annuity training course approved for at least 4 hours before selling, soliciting or negotiating annuity products.

Flood 

3 hrs - Property/Casualty producers who sell flood insurance must complete the one-time 3 hr NFIP course

Long-Term Care - CE Requirement

8/4 hrs - Licensed producers wanting to selling LTC Partnership policies must complete 8 hours of LTC Partnership prior to selling and 4 hours of LTC Partnership every renewal period

Compliance Renewal Date: June 30th of even numbered years

Course Repetition: Courses may not be taken for credit more than once per renewal period
