Please note: Candidates must take and pass a final exam in order to receive a School Certificate. Users may not open any final exam modules unless in the presence of a NYS approved Monitor. A Monitor Approval Document must be submitted to the Provider along with the Monitor Affidavit.

Life Producer - Satisfactory completion of a 20-hour study course given by an approved school or course provider.
Life & Health Producer - Satisfactory completion of a 40-hour study course given by an approved school or course provider.
