Requirements:

Hour Requirements: 24 hrs biennially

Line Specific Requirements:

Ethics

3 hrs - Producers must complete 3 hrs in Ethics as part of total requirement

Flood 

3 hrs - Property/Casualty producers who also sell Flood insurance must complete 3 hrs on Flood Insurance biennially

Long-Term Care Partnership - Training Requirement

8 hrs/4 hrs - Producers must complete an initial 8 hr training course prior to selling LTC products and a 4 hr ongoing training biennially, thereafter

Compliance Renewal Date: License renewal date is every 2 years on the Producers date of birth.  Producers born in even numbered years renew on even number years.  Producers born in odd number years renew on odd number years.

Course Repetition: Courses may not be taken for credit more than once in a renewal period.
