Flood
3 hrs - Property/Casualty producers who sell flood insurance must complete the one-time 3 hr NFIP course
Long-Term Care Partnership
8/4 hr - Producers must complete an 8 hour state approved LTCP prior to selling, soliciting or negotiating long term care products. After completing the initial 8-hour LTC training requirement, producers must complete a 4 hour follow-up training course every 24-month compliance period following the initial training.
Compliance Renewal Date:
Renewal date is last day of the producer's birth month, biennially
Carryover Hours:
A maximum of 24 hrs may be carried forward to the next reporting period
Course Repetition:
Courses may not be taken for credit more than once in a reporting period
