Requirements:
Hour Requirements: 24 hrs biennially if license less than 6 years 20 hours biennially if licensed 6 years or more
Line Specific Requirements:
Ethics & Law
4 hrs - Producers must complete 4 hrs in Ethics & Law as part of total requirement
Long-Term Care Partnership - Training Requirement
8 hrs/4 hrs - Producers must complete an initial 8 hr training course prior to selling LTC products and a 4 hr ongoing training biennially, thereafter
Compliance Renewal Date: License renewal date is every 2 years ending on the last day of the producer's birth month.
Carryover Hours: Up to 24 hours may be carried over to the next renewal period.
Course Repetition: Courses may not be taken for credit more than once in a 2 year period.
